Baked Pork Chops and Stuffing
4 thick pork chops
¼ tsp. Poultry seasoning or thyme
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup Corbin’s Butter Roasted Garlic Seasoning and Marinade.
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 T chopped onions
2 T melted butter or margarine
2 T water.
First marinade pork chops in your choice of Corbin’s Gourmet Seasoning & Marinade. (Supreme or Original) for approximately 1 hour. Next brown chops in frying pan turning once. Place browned chops in a single layer in a shallow casserole or glass baking dish. Mix bread crumbs, onions, butter, the 2 T water and seasoning. Top each pork chop with ¼ of the mixture. Combine soup and the 1/3 cup of Corbin’s Seasoning and pour over stuffing and chops. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350° .
Yield: 4 servings
COMMENT: When using packaged bread crumbs or stuffing cubes, mix soup and Corbin’s Seasoning with the cubes.
