6 T margarine or butter

3 T Corbin’s Cajun Gourmet Seasoning & Marinade

3 cups Corn Chex cereal

3 cups Rice Chex cereal

3 cups Rice Chex cereal

1 cup mixed nuts

1 cup tiny pretzels

1 cup bagel chips-any flavor

Heat oven to 250° . Melt butter or margarine in large roasting pan in the oven. Stir in Corbin’s Cajun Seasoning. Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Bake 1 hour 15 min. stirring every 15 minutes. Spread out on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.

Yield: 12 cups snacks.
