Chicken and Vegetable Skillet Dinner

  1. chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 16 oz. Package of Vegetable Medley

2 Medium sized potatoes, cubed

  1. bottle of Corbin’s SUPREME or CAJUN Gourmet Seasoning & Marinade

Place chicken strips into plastic bag. Cover with Corbin’s SUPREME.

Marinade for no less than 30 minutes.

Drain marinade off chicken. Place chicken into skillet. Cover and simmer at (300° ) for 10 minutes. No oil is needed. If skillet becomes too dry just add a small amount of water.

Add ½ - ¾ cup Corbin’s SUPREME, 1-cup water, frozen vegetables and cubed potatoes. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender stirring occasionally. If necessary remove cover for last few minutes to thicken broth.

Yield: 4-6 servings
