3 c chicken breast, diced
1 16 oz can okra, drained
1 medium chopped onion
½ c finely chopped green pepper
1 large celery stalk, chopped
3 medium carrots, diced
1 T parsley
2 T powdered chicken bouillon or 2 cubes
1/2 t pepper
1 bay leaf
1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
2 c Corbin’s Gourmet Seasoning & Marinade, Original or Mild (flavor to taste)
2 c water
Combine all ingredients, except okra, in large saucepan. Mix well. Simmer uncovered about 30 minutes. Add okra, cover. Stir occasionally over very low heat about 15 minutes. Can be served over rice.
Yield: About 6 servings
