Stroganoff Superb
1 lb. Beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
3 T butter or margarine
½ cup chopped onion
1 4-oz. Can of mushrooms, drained
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 8-oz. Package of cream cheese, cubed
½ cup milk
¼ cup Corbin’s Gourmet Supreme Seasoning & Marinade
Hot buttered noodles
Place thin strips of sirloin steak into a plastic container and cover with a generous amount of Corbin’s Supreme Gourmet Seasoning & Marinade. Marinade overnight. Drain of excess marinade. Brown steak in margarine or butter in large skillet. Add onions, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook until tender. Add cream cheese, milk and Corbin’s Gourmet Seasoning & Marinade; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Serve over noodles. Garnish with parsley.
